To shift the purpose of the company website from solely talking about the company to a revenue generating machine, Impact Cases needed to redesign elements of their website to drive more transactions through it. I performed a buyer persona analysis, got to understand the sales cycle of the product, and designed a Products section where customers can find all of the relevant product information and contact the Sales Team for inquiries.
I managed long-term Google AdWords campaigns to expand into new markets and grow business across Canada and the USA.
I also managed the graphic design and implementation of new initiatives such as a Black Friday sale and an Inventory Clearance event.
